Parents and Guardians

Parents, guardians and people under 18

All children ages 6 months of age and older are now eligible for the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines

The vaccines have proven to be safe and effective for children.

The vaccines are free. You do not need health insurance to get a vaccine, but if you have health insurance, bring your card. The provider may bill your insurance for the cost of administering the vaccine.

Proof of eligibility, identification or social security number are not required. Vaccine providers may ask if you live in Oregon or what kind of work you do.
